Do you know someone who would benefit from exploring Yoga as a tool to assist mental wellbeing?

This 6 week program is suitable for participants with either some or no yoga experience.

Gentle Therapeutic and Trauma Informed Yoga will be taught to encourage nervous system relaxation, reduce anxiety/stress and form connection back into the body.
 Understanding the value of conscious breathing as a profound tool for wellbeing and emotional regulation will be taught.

If you are curious about the benefits of yoga or would like to experience a practice more individually suited to your needs, this program is for you.

The program includes:
1 x 60 minute consultation to ascertain your personal needs and create an individualised home practice (the week before group classes begin.)

6 x weekly yoga group Yoga sessions – small group of 8 maximum. Wednesdays 10.00am-11.00am from November 1.

The program is conducted by Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist Jill Harris.  

Jill has 20 years experience teaching yoga and has designed yoga for research trials focusing on mental wellness and pain management. She specialises in working one on one with individuals to cater for their specific needs.
