This tour encompasses 3 destinations including a 5 day Yoga Immersion at a coastal Ayurvedic Village, nourishing (optional) Ayurvedic treatments, delicious food and time to restore.
Woven throughout the tour are the Vedic teachings of Yoga from the Krishnamacharya lineage, personally curated and facilitated by Jill & Dani. This are presented via daily yoga practice (suitable for all levels), philosophy sessions, and meditative practice.
