Therapeutic Yoga Practice
This 30 minute practice is an example of the Therapeutic Yoga class online Tuesdays at 11am. Please make any modifications you may require to achieve absolute comfort through this sequence.
Using the body as a ‘container’ for our breath and subsequently our life force, this practice explores a series of gentle postures that encourage movement and energy in the body. Finish with a brief relaxation to let go and ‘be’. Suitable for all bodies.
