Meditation Classes

A weekly Meditation class will be held (from October 9) on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm at The Garden Room.

This class is under the guidance of experienced meditation teacher Kate Gee.

This one hour practice provides a gentle facilitated experience of meditation.

The aim is to equip students with simple techniques to assist their busy or challenging lives and to enhance awareness of living in the present moment rather than operating on auto pilot.

The meditation is introduced through various guided practices in order to reconnect to that inner space of stillness and wisdom. 

Suitable for either beginners or experienced meditators.
