Vedic chant forms the foundation of Indian philosophy.
Chanting, in the yogic tradition, is how the teachings were offered and the process of chanting itself was a yogic practice.
The vibration of sound from chanting mantras is said to bring health and healing. In this workshop you will chant according to the traditional form and learn the meaning of the sacred mantras.
There will be a focus on the Gayatri Mantra, Siva Mantra and others to empower and heal.
Chant to overcome fears. Chant to focus more clearly. Chant to meditate. Chant to improve breath patterns. Chant and learn a new skill. Chant for enjoyment!
Come and enjoy the experience of chanting in the beautiful Kyo Yoga Garden Room.
No experience is necessary just a willingness to use your voice.
