Whether you are working with backbends, forward bends, twists, asymmetrical postures or inversion there is always further refinement that can be added to your practice!
These one hour monthly workshops will be useful for students wanting to improve their yoga and understand the purpose behind the poses.
Learn how to refine this pose and work with folding deeper without compromising the stability and position of legs and hips or the support of the back.
We will also explore preparations that may assist you to achieve the function more efficiently and feel more ‘easeful’ in the posture.
