Meditation Classes

A Meditation class is held at 7.15pm on Tuesday evening at The Hub.

This half hour practice provides a gentle facilitated experience of meditation. The aim is to equip students with simple techniques to assist managing busy or challenging times in their lives.

Through being present with the moment students are encouraged to bring their focus continually back to themselves thereby becoming ‘masters’ of their own mind rather than being guided by a distracted mind.

Some minimal movement is incorporated at the beginning of class in order to create the ease to stay seated for a period of time. Suitable for all levels of experience.
