This is a special opportunity for Yoga Teachers or Teachers In Training to sharpen their observation skills and learn the fundamentals of yoga anatomy.
The training will be delivered one Sunday per month over 3 months. This will provide 20 hours of supported face to face teaching, with hands on learning. It can be paired with an additional 15 hours of homework and research for your final written assessment (full training schedule).
The course will cover: The Skeletal system (with an in-depth look at the spine and pelvis, it’s variations, problematic areas and posture) and the Muscle system and Joint Innervations. The course will aim to give an understanding of the Musculoskeletal Anatomy of the body and what is occurring during asana practice.
